1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By registering, accessing, browsing, or utilizing any portion of the VishwaDrishti web application, API endpoints, or mobile applications, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding contracts. If you access the platform on behalf of a coaching academy, corporate body, or educational institution, you warrant that you are duly authorized to bind such entity.

2. Description of Services & Academic Disclaimers

VishwaDrishti provides a preparatory educational software platform designed to assist aspirants in Civil Services and competitive examination readiness. Features include descriptive Mains answer evaluation, prelims mock test engines, AI mentorship models, syllabus roadmaps, and institutional cohort administration.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Evaluation Tools

Certain evaluation, summarization, and study recommendations utilize automated machine learning and generative artificial intelligence algorithms. While we strive to maintain rigorous rubric alignment:

• AI models may occasionally generate unintended factual errors or non-contextual grading nuances.
• Users and faculty are encouraged to exercise independent critical judgment when reviewing automated answer feedback.
• VishwaDrishti disclaims liability for decisions made solely on automated evaluation outputs without human verification.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interface designs, Rubric Studio evaluation heuristics, proprietary question banks, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of VishwaDrishti Technologies Private Limited.

Users retain ownership of their original descriptive handwritten submissions and study notes. By submitting content on the platform, you grant VishwaDrishti a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to process and display such content solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services to you or your designated institution.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Attempting to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform's security mechanisms.
• Sharing individual student login credentials across multiple unregistered users.
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or extracting question banks or institutional test series without prior authorization.
• Submitting unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in community discussion rooms or peer review modules.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Fair Refund Terms

Payments for subscriptions and credit bundles are processed via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree, Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, subscription cancellations may be requested through your account settings. Where digital evaluation credits have already been utilized, refunds shall be prorated based on unconsumed digital allowances pursuant to our published Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability & Financial Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, VishwaDrishti, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or examination outcomes.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount actually paid by you to VishwaDrishti in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

The parties mutually agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent civil courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
